Teen Volunteer Opportunity!

The Girard Public Library is offering a volunteer program for middle school and high school students this summer. The volunteers will be helping with our summer reading program. This is a great opportunity for youth to gain work experience in a fun, low stress environment. We are seeking volunteers who are dependable, hardworking, and trustworthy. We have offered this opportunity for several years now and have found it to be a positive experience for all involved.

Please encourage your teen to get involved. Interested students should come to the library and get a volunteer application. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at the library at 724-4317.
