Summer Reading For All Ages

Make a Wave, a Splash and Water Your Mind by reading this summer. Beginning June 7th and ending July 30th the library will be holding our summer reading programs.

This year the adults are being challenged to participate too. And the kids say "let the contest begin" especially with the teachers. Our reading program for the adults is titled "Water Your Mind Read". We have reading records, contests, programs and prizes - YES! PRIZES! Stop in and register, we will begin soon. There is no required reading material, so you you may read whatever you enjoy, either in book or audio book format. The winning teacher will be announced when school begins in August.

"Make Waves at Your Library" is our young adult theme and there will lots of activities and prizes.

The younger group will have Storytime activities following their theme of "Make a Splash at Your Library" they will meet each week for an hour and have stories, games, crafts, draw for prizes and much more.

We will have a Special Program for everyone by Jim Two Crows on June 21 at 4 pm.

You are invited to attend our Scholastic Book Sale and help the library earn new books for our Childrens Department, it will be held June 3 through June 17 during the regular library hours.
