Fall Booksale

The Girard Public Library's annual booksale will be held October 9th from 6pm to 8pm, October 10th from 9:30am to 5:pm and October 11th just after the parade or 11am to 2 pm. There will be lots and lots of fiction this year and non-fiction too. The sale will run three days instead of two and the last hour on Saturday between 1 pm and 2pm the library will offer "Fill-A-Bag" for $1. A bag can be either 25 paperback books or 7 hardback books. So plan to attend Girard's Fall Festival/Home Coming week activities and visit the library booksale. This serves as an important fundraiser for the purchase of new books.
