The winners were Manuel Lalicker, Ashley Barry, Jazmine Marsh, Alix Beezley, Haley DeGarmo and Trinadie Puckett.
The Tag (Teen Advisory Group) was very active and has spent time on special projects, parties and meetings to brain storm ideas for improvements at the library.
The library board invested money into the Foundation of Southeast Kansas and hopes to see the funds grow this coming year and into the years ahead. This investment is to provide for the additional funding needed for general operations and to secure the future of the library.
The library continues to offer home bound services and delivers books to Westridge every 6 weeks. Currently the library offers tax forms and free tax service to seniors provided by AARP volunteers every Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm.
